If you do not already have an account with the esalen institute, You will need to create one before you can select your preferred accommodations and complete the process. When making your reservation, You will need  to provide the access code you received after having registered for the program.

Some lodging types fill more quickly than others and it is advisable to register for the program and reserve your preferred accommodation type as early as possible. In order to reserve a space in any workshop, the institute requires full payment or a deposit of $300.00.

To help Esalen fulfill its mission and to lower costs, they ask all who are capable of doing so to please pay the full accommodation amount at the time of booking rather than making a deposit.

You may request a lodging configuration or location on property; The Esalen Institute will do their absolute best to meet these requests but cannot guarantee that your specific preferences can be accommodated.
